Article 1. Identity of the seller

Article 2. Applicability
2.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers made by B.J. Service BV and to every agreement between B.J. Service BV and the customer via the Systeme.io platform or the website magic5protocol.com.
2.2 By placing an order, the customer confirms that they are acting in the exercise of a profession or business activity (B2B). Consumer protection legislation, including the consumer right of withdrawal (art. VI.47 et seq. CEL), is therefore not applicable to this agreement.
Article 3. The offer and the agreement
3.1 The offer concerns digital online training content (the “Masterclass”), consisting of videos, texts, audio recordings and working documents, intended exclusively for professional hypnotherapists.
3.2 The agreement is concluded at the moment of ordering and payment.
Article 4. No-Refund Policy — digital content
4.1 Given the nature of the product — digital content made immediately and fully available upon payment — B.J. Service BV operates a strict no-refund policy. After payment has been completed and access to the Masterclass has been granted, no refund will be issued, regardless of the reason.
4.2 The customer expressly agrees to this no-refund policy prior to purchase. This policy forms an integral part of the agreement and is accepted at the moment of ordering.
4.3 B.J. Service BV reserves the right to grant, at its sole discretion and in exceptional circumstances, a partial or full refund. Such a decision is discretionary and does not constitute a precedent or a right for other customers.
Article 5. Prices and payment
Prices are exclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated). Payment is made via the Systeme.io platform, which uses external payment service providers such as Stripe or PayPal.
Article 6. Intellectual property and penalty clause
6.1 All content of the Masterclass (videos, methodologies, texts, audio recordings, scripts and working documents) is the property of Paul Binon / B.J. Service BV and is protected by copyright. It is strictly prohibited to share login credentials or to copy, sell, publicly disclose or distribute the Masterclass material in any way.
6.2 Penalty clause: In case of a violation of article 6.1, the customer shall owe, by operation of law and without prior notice of default, an immediately payable lump-sum penalty of € 25,000 (twenty-five thousand euros) per violation, without prejudice to the right of B.J. Service BV to claim the actual damages suffered if these exceed the penalty amount.
Article 6bis. Methodology and content
The Magic 5 Protocol integrates both generally known hypnotherapeutic techniques and the author’s own developments. The added value of this Masterclass lies in the specific adaptations, the structured coherence, the didactic explanations and the scientific underpinning — not in the exclusivity of all basic techniques individually.
Article 7. Liability
The customer is solely responsible for the application of the techniques learned in their professional practice. B.J. Service BV does not guarantee any specific results and is not liable for any damage arising from the application of the content in practice.
Article 8. Governing law
Belgian law applies exclusively. The exclusively competent court is the Commercial Court of Antwerp.

In the event of illegal distribution or unauthorised sharing of login credentials, these watermarks enable us to identify the source of the leak for legal proceedings.
