3. Retention periods

4. Recipients of your data
We share your personal data only with parties necessary for the provision of our services:
- Systeme.io — course platform and email management (located outside the EEA; transfer covered by Standard Contractual Clauses)
- Stripe / PayPal — payment processing (their own privacy policy applies)
- Accountant — processing of billing data
- Google Analytics — website analysis (anonymised IP address)
We never sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. International transfers
Systeme.io is located outside the European Economic Area. The transfer of your personal data is covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission, ensuring an adequate level of protection.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses Google Analytics to analyse website traffic. IP addresses are anonymised. You can refuse the placement of analytical cookies via the cookie banner on your first visit to the website.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:
